THE CHALLENGE

The KSE School in The Netherlands is planning to replace its old lighting with a modern LED solution. The goal is to improve lighting quality, reduce the school's carbon footprint, and achieve substantial energy cost savings.

THE SOLUTION

In collaboration with BINK, LEDVANCE developed and implemented a lighting concept for the KSE School, featuring 529 PANEL INDIVILED 33W/4000K, 378 Downlight COMFORT DN205 20W/3CCT 60DEG WT, and 36 PANEL 600 36W/4,320lm IP54 fixtures.

Strategically placed in classrooms, hallways, and other key areas, these high-quality LED luminaires were chosen for their good quality, warranty, and impressive efficiency per watt, crucial for maximizing energy efficiency in the project.

THE BENEFITS

Switching to LED technology at the school resulted in over 60% energy reduction, leading to significant cost savings. The long life and up to 5-year guarantee on LED fixtures will minimize future servicing costs. The bright and uniform lighting created a conducive atmosphere for enhanced concentration among students and more effective teaching for educators.
