The lighting system in the new production hall of FUJIFILM medwork GmbH combines an ambitious design with the highest standards of flexibility, maintenance, and energy savings.

THE CHALLENGE

FUJIFILM medwork GmbH was looking for a smart lighting solution for the new construction of a production hall for medical devices in Höchstadt a. d. Aisch. This solution was to integrate high-quality LED industrial lights into the company's existing KNX system without any problems, to blend in visually as harmoniously as possible with the modern architecture of the hall and also to be compelling in terms of cost.

THE SOLUTION

The customer awarded LEDVANCE the contract for the initial equipment of the production hall. The reasons for this were, on the one hand, the ideal interaction of the DALI luminaires with the KNX building management system already in place at FUJIFILM medwork, and on the other hand the particularly innovative design and the very good energy efficiency of the luminaires as well as the low maintenance requirements. TRUSYS LED DALI luminaires were chosen for the lighting solution.

LEDVANCE equipped the new production hall with a lighting system consisting of TRUSYS LED DALI luminaires, which was seamlessly integrated into the company’s KNX building management system and more than met all the customer's expectations in terms of installation time, design, robustness, flexible use, maintenance requirements and energy savings.
