The corona pandemic continues to dominate our everyday lives. UV-C technology can play an important role in making many areas of our lives safer. This is especially true for medical practices. For example, Dr. Uwe Schubart’s doctor’s office in Vilsheim-Altfraunhofen was looking for a solution to make visits to his medical practice safer and more pleasant for patients and staff by using air disinfection.
LEDVANCE is strategically cooperating with the UV specialist Dr. Hönle AG. LEDVANCE is the main sales partner for the product family SteriWhite Air disinfection devices. These devices for UV-C air disinfection in rooms are also suitable for use in medical practices. As a leading physician in the city and district of Landshut in the context of pandemic care, Dr. Schubart knows the dangers and aims to keep them as low as possible.Three SteriWhite Air Q115 devices have been sufficient to make his doctor’s practice with its waiting areas safer.
The SteriWhite Air devices work without chemicals and inactivate the viruses, bacteria and molds in the room air within seconds. Especially against SARS-CoV-2 viruses, the effectiveness has been confirmed by external testers. In addition, the SteriWhite Air Q115 runs with a quiet operating noise of only 35.9 dB (A) at an air flow rate of 600 m3/h, has a modern design and is easily installed and commissioned: the device can be mounted on a stand, on the wall or on the ceiling. The air purifier is switched on and off at the touch of a button.

These inactivate the dangerous germs in the room air and impress with quiet operation, low maintenance and simple installation and commissioning.
The SteriWhite Air Q115 air disinfection devices are very quiet and fit well into daily medical practice operations. Since they are mobile, the devices can be used flexibly in the practice depending on the number of patients in the individual waiting areas and offer the greatest possible safety. At the same time, hardly any noise from the devices is audible during operation.
