In modern offices, the light only shines where it is really needed - and as closely as possible to the requirements of the respective workplaces. With this in mind, the offices of the construction company Valda & Partner GmbH in a listed building in Winterthur with low ceiling heights were to be equipped with a space-saving, efficient and flexible lighting system. This was to give the office rooms more brightness and at the same time create a pleasant atmosphere for employees and visitors.

The customer opted for the VIVARES ZIGBEE lighting management system from LEDVANCE. This combines quick installation, easy commissioning and simple handling with optimized lighting solutions and efficient energy use. The wireless connected systemis particularly suitable for use in existing buildings where, for example, structural conditions make cabling impossible. Thus, the LEDVANCE VIVARES ZIGBEE light management system with  BIOLUX HCL PANEL ZIGBEE luminaires,  VIVARES ZIGBEE SENSORS,  VIVARES ZIGBEE COUPLERS and a VIVARES ZIGBEE CONTROL were installed in the office and meeting room. The mounting of the BIOLUX HCL PANEL ZIGBEE luminaires on the ceiling was done with the LEDVANCE PANEL SURFACE MOUNT KIT.

The modern LED lighting according to DIN standards creates more space by eliminating the floor luminaires and facilitates work at the screen. And whether it's a customer presentation or a joint lunch - with the easily selectable lighting profiles of the VIVARES system, the lighting in the meeting room can now be flexibly adapted to the respective meeting situation. In addition, the lighting quality and intensity in the rooms have been significantly improved from an average of 300 lux to an average of 700 lux. And thanks to transparent energy monitoring via the VIVARES cloud service, the customer always has the costs clearly and easily under control.
