In the Landmarx in Vienna, office units are to be leased to potentially interested parties on a long-term basis. For this purpose, one part of the building was completely renovated. The office units are to be marketed as a show office, for which Quadoro GmbH, as asset management company, was commissioned by KTB Liegenschaftsbesitz GmbH to find a lighting expert to equip the various rooms of the show office with an attractive and convincing lighting solution for potential tenants.

One of the reasons why the asset management decided to cooperate with LEDVANCE was the innovative LED lighting concept for the show office. Key elements of the concept were LEDVANCE TRACKLIGHT SPOT COMPACT luminaires with yellow housing color, directly customized to the needs of the customer, indirect lighting by the LEDVANCE LED STRIP in the reception area and the LEDVANCE BIOLUX HCL system for the meeting room. Pendant luminaires VINTAGE 1906 BUBBLE PENDANT and DOWNLIGHT luminaires from LEDVANCE completed the lighting concept and, in combination with other LEDVANCE LED luminaires, make the offices in the Landmarx even more attractive for potential tenants. In addition, the customer had already come to know and appreciate the technical competence and the high service and product quality of LEDVANCE in previous joint projects.

The LEDVANCE LINEAR INDIVILED DIRECT DALI luminaire provides uniform light distribution and low glare of UGR < 16 thanks to its IndiviLED optic. In addition, the luminaire achieves maximum energy savings of 50 % compared to conventional luminaires with T5 tubes.

The change from conventional luminaires to LEDVANCE LED luminaires increases the quality of light and thus also promotes the visual attractiveness of the show office. The perfectly color-coordinated TRACKLIGHT SPOT COMPACT luminaires provide a decorative and flexibly directional eye-catcher for precise staging of the room architecture. As a light line on the ceiling, the LED STRIP creates inviting lighting and subtle accentuation of the room. In the meeting room, the BIOLUX HCL system was used to implement a solution that positively supports people's "inner clock" by intelligently controlling color temperatures and illuminance levels.
